Judicial Procedures

Should a violation of the Housing Rules, Alcohol & Drug policy, or the Code of Student Responsibility occur, an investigation of the circumstances will follow, and the students involved will participate in an Administrative Review.

The procedures for conducting an Administrative Review are as follows:

• The student(s) will meet with the Hearing Officer.
• The Hearing Officer will inform them of the incident/violation that is charged against them.
• The student(s) will discuss their involvement in the incident in question.
• The Hearing Officer will determine whether the accused student(s) did or did not violate the code or policy in question, based on the information and evidence available regarding the incident. The corresponding sanction will be determined based on these facts. Sanctions can go from a written warning to a dismissal from the program.
