Independent housing

IES Barcelona offers the students the Independent Housing option. In this case, students will be responsible for finding their own apartment and roommates and for all contractual and financial details. Before renting an apartments, please check if it is located in a safe area.

If Independent Housing is chosen after a student has moved into a housing option provided by IES, the student will not be reimbursed for housing costs, as reservations and financial commitments will already be made.

Please note that IES strongly discourages students to choose this option. IES will not be responsible for any incidents that might occur related these cases.
