Barca: The Barcelona soccer team, more than just a club

Would you like to watch a soccer game in one of the most important soccer fields in Europe? Then this is your opportunity. We have a few invitations to share with some of our students so that they can see one of the Futbol Club Barcelona games.

The Barcelona soccer team is one of the focal points of the Catalan region of Spain. It has over 125,000 members, who are allowed to vote when the club chooses its new President. Football Club Barcelona plays its home games in the magnificent Nou Camp Stadium, which has a capacity of 98,000. Going there to watch a game is an unforgettable and unique experience for anyone.

By 2000 they had won the Spanish Cup a record number of times and had appeared in four European Cup Finals, winning the trophy in 1992. Major soccer stars such as Maradona, Ronaldo, Romario or Ronaldinho have been some of its players.
